Robera Olana served as HaSET’s Fellowship Assistant. He is an Assistant Professor of Adult Health Nursing. He has conducted various health-related studies and community-based interventions. He has more than 25 research publications on topics related to maternal health, child health, reproductive health, health care quality, communicable diseases, and non-communicable diseases. Prior to joining HaSET, he worked at Wolaita Sodo University as an academician and researcher. He has experience in curriculum development, revision, and standardization. Moreover, he has ample experience in research proposal development, data collection, data analysis, and data presentation. He hopes to bring this experience to the HaSET program.
