Vriniotis, Mary

Mary (MaryVriniotis.jpg)Mary Vriniotis, MS is a Research Specialist for the Harvard Injury Control Research Center (HICRC). She has spent over a decade in various positions at HICRC and the Harvard Youth Violence Prevention Center at the Harvard School of Public Health, serving as their Communications Liasion during the Newtown shooting before relocating to Washington DC to implement the first regional victimization survey in the Caribbean for the Inter-American Development Bank. She has co-authored several manuscripts on firearms research in the U.S. and presented at various national and international conferences. She was the Project Manager for the Boston Data Project and the Means Matter Campaign, and is currently managing a randomized controlled trial on lethal means counseling in five hospitals.
