Joan Arnold, Assistant to Prof. John Spengler, has provided administrative support to numerous environmental research projects in the Department of Environmental Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. These include the Buffalo Peace Bridge Study of Air Toxics Exposure from Vehicular Emissions at a U.S. Border Crossing; the FAA Center of Excellence for Airliner Cabin Environment/Research in the Intermodal Transport Environment; a Healthy Urbanization project in China; and the JPB Environmental Health Fellowship Program.
