Shattuck International House is home to both international and domestic students at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Consisting of 70 one- and two-bedroom furnished apartments, Shattuck offers students a welcoming and supportive housing option in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.

Community.
At Shattuck, you live amongst your peers and colleagues. Common spaces promote social connection and collaboration between residents. Throughout the year, Resident Community Advisors offer programming and activities for the Shattuck community.

Value.
Monthly rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, gas stove, and WiFi, and all apartments at Shattuck are furnished with bedroom and living area furniture. Shattuck is located in the Fenway neighborhood, with access to public transportation and shuttles, and about a 10-minute walk to the School.

Simple Leasing.
We make the process of leasing at Shattuck easy for students. Sign your lease online and pay your first month’s rent – that’s it! There are no last month’s rent, security deposit, or broker’s fees to deal with. Leases dates at Shattuck are aligned with the academic calendar, so you can move in before orientation and move out when classes end.

Support.
When you need us, we’re there to help. Shattuck is staffed by 24-hour on-site security, and supported by 24-hour on-call maintenance. Resident Community Advisors provide peer resources for students, and the Office for Student Affairs is available to support students’ residential experience.
