Liana R. Woskie

Liana R. Woskie focuses on quality of care especially related to in-patient settings for the India project. Liana is also a PhD candidate in Health Policy and Health Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE). Her dissertation focuses on the evaluation of health system performance with a focus on person-centeredness and patient autonomy, and using this work to identify human rights violations. In 2015-16, she served as the coordinator of the Lancet Report on the Global Response to Ebola. More recently, she worked on a National Academy of Science and Medicine (NASEM) commission to quantify the burden of harm caused by poor quality healthcare and a series of international comparison projects on drivers of healthcare spending.
