The Department of Information Technology Helpdesk is open for phone, walk-in and email support during the following hours:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Please note that all core systems (e.g., email, network, web servers, server rooms) are monitored by the IT staff 24/7/365.
