We are happy to announce an expansion of our IT support services at the Landmark location. Effective immediately, walk-up support is available for Landmark community members in office L3-020 (3rd Floor East), M-F from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Walk-up support offerings include:
- Novell and HarvardKey password requests
- Two-step verification support
- Wi-fi connectivity
- Device and laptop troubleshooting
- Software installation
In addition to these services, any support requests requiring desktop or meeting/classroom visits can be escalated directly to the onsite technician.
It is our hope that offering these services helps to expedite IT support to the Landmark community.
