Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is now available

Dear Faculty and Staff,

We are pleased to announce a new site license for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Windows and Mac OS. Acrobat Pro is now available to all faculty and staff free of charge.  Additionally, students will have access to Acrobat Pro via our virtual computing environment (VDI).

Acrobat Pro DC has many advantages and upgrades over Acrobat Reader including the ability to:

  • Create, edit, and manipulate PDF files
  • Digitally sign, certify, and verify documents
  • Turn PDFs into editable Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files
  • Create protected PDF files that restrict copying and editing
  • Create PDF forms
  • Edit scanned PDFs
Installation process
  • In the next few days, all faculty and staff will receive an email from Adobe with instructions for creating an Adobe ID using your Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health email address.
  • After your Adobe account is created, you will be able to download and install the software.

Further information and set-by-step instructions may be found at https://hsph.me/adobe-acrobat

If you have any questions on the installation process or do not receive the email from Adobe, please contact our Helpdesk at 432-HELP or via helpdesk@hsph.harvard.edu.
