Dear SPH Faculty and Teaching Staff,
We are pleased to announce audio-visual upgrades to FXB G11, G12, and G13.
Training
We will be hosting an informal training session in FXB G13 on Friday, February 8th from 12- 1pm. Please stop by for a tutorial or with any questions. If this time does not work for you, feel free to reach out to me, and we can schedule a tutorial in the room of your choice. Harvard Chan School media services and helpdesk staff will also be visiting each class for the first two weeks of the semester to ensure a smooth start to the semester.
Room upgrades include:
- Greatly simplified room system controls (similar to Kresge G floor classrooms)
- Addition of a smart board at the podium
- Addition of video conferencing
- Upgraded audio and microphones
- Upgraded cameras
- Replacement of key infrastructure pieces
