The HSPH FILR service, at https://filr.sph.harvard.edu/, is back online and operational. The problem was determined to be an interaction with the Harvard Key authentication system.

The HSPH FILR service, at https://filr.sph.harvard.edu/, is offline. The IT department is troubleshooting and working on a solution.
FILR is a web interface for accessing files on your P: drive and S: drive from off-campus. P: and S: drives are available from on-campus PCs and laptops. There is no impact to the data located on P: and S: drives.
FILR replaced Netstorage on 3/19/2018.
