New Staff Addition: James Nicholson

James Nicholson
James Nicholson, senior web and application developer

We are pleased to welcome James Nicholson to the Department of Information Technology as a Senior Web and Application Developer.

James will be a member of the Web and Application Development team working on web development, online applications support and digital accessibility.

Before joining Harvard, he worked at Stanford University as an IT Systems Analyst at the Graduate School of Business. His most recent project there was building a service request and scheduling application.

He majored in Advertising and minored in Technology, Arts, and Media at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Originally from the Bay Area in California, James recently drove from San Francisco to Boston with his Labrador Zerlina. He’s excited for his first Boston winter because afterward people will stop warning him about “surviving his first Boston winter.”

Interesting facts: James enjoys cooking and worked as a line cook for a year after college. To stay in shape, he bikes to work and runs hill sprints in Boston Commons.

Please join us in welcoming James to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health!
