Winter Recess Support Hours

Dear Harvard Chan School Community,

The Department of Information Technology will be providing phone support hours to assist the community with computer issues during the winter recess.

Phone support hours are as follows:

  • Tuesday, December 24: closed
  • Wednesday, December 25:  closed
  • Thursday, December 26:  closed
  • Friday, December 27: 12 pm to 4 pm
  • Monday, December 30: 12 pm to 4 pm
  • Tuesday, December 31: 12 pm to 4 pm
  • Wednesday, January 1: closed
  • Thursday, January 2: reopens for regular working hours at 7:30 am

Walk-in and desktop service will not be available from December 24 through January 1.  The Helpdesk will reopen for walk-in and desktop service on Thursday, January 2nd at 7:30 am.

Please note that all core systems (e.g., email, network, web servers, server rooms) are monitored throughout the break by IT staff.  These systems are monitored 24/7/365.
