HSPH IT – Remote Support Only

March 13th was the last day IT was onsite for support.

In order to do our part to keep the community healthy and safe we are following the social distancing guidelines. This means all of our service and support is being provided 100% remotely through online sessions and phone calls.

We have worked in partnership with essential personnel to address powering on computers that are being used remotely, we are evaluating equipment needs carefully, and consulting with the community on IT needs daily to continue to provide valuable services.

We will not be able to receive equipment, place phones or printers, or set-up work areas until we return to campus.
