Zoom Incident – Resolved for Harvard

UPDATE: (published Monday, August 24th at 12:21pm)

Zoom is currently rolling out a cloud-wide fix to resolve the web portal incident. At this time we have tested across Harvard and see that https://harvard.zoom.us/ service has been restored.

Zoom has not announced the exact cause of the issue, but we will continue to update and communicate on our SPH Department of Information Technology website as we learn more.

At this time Harvard access to Zoom through the web portal has been restored.
