For Harvard Office 365 Users:
Two-step verification will now be required for all Harvard Office 365 email accounts effective immediately. As a result, you will be prompted to sign in multiple times to access each of your Office 365 applications.
- When you receive these prompts to sign in, it is safe to proceed.
- If you experience any issues with email or your other Office 365 applications after signing in, you can reboot your device, or request help if issues continue.
To check that two-step verification is active on your Office 365 account, visit https://key.harvard.edu and click Manage Your Account & Services. If two-step verification isn’t active, follow these instructions to enable it.
