HUIT testing shows most users are now able to successfully access services that were previously unavailable.  Microsoft is still working through some outstanding issues.

While service health has improved and many users are no longer experiencing problems, HUIT is taking further steps to identify and remediate isolated residual impact for all Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange services, SharePoint Online, Outlook.com, and the admin portal.

Some users are experiencing issues accessing Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Services.   

Microsoft is reporting that this issue began at approximately 3:34 PM.  HUIT is aware and working with Microsoft on the situation.
