SPH IT’s Media and Educational Technology Services team will be ending their Lunch and Learn sessions on Friday, March 19, 2021.
Started on June 3, 2020 to help the Harvard Chan community transition to remote teaching and working, the daily sessions covered the following topics:
- Mondays: Securing Your Zoom Meetings and Managing Disruptive Participants
- Tuesdays: Teaching Remotely
- Wednesdays: Using Breakout Rooms
- Thursdays: Using Polls
- Fridays: Optimizing Canvas
The sessions attracted roughly 170 attendees, with Using Breakout Rooms being the most popular.
Although the Lunch and Learn sessions will be ending, Harvard Chan community members can always reach out to mets@hsph.harvard.edu to receive individual or group consultations and trainings.
