What is happening?
Harvard Phone platform equipment is being replaced on Thursday April 15, 2021, at 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
What is the impact?
There will be a 5 minute interruption in phone service to and from Jabber soft phones and physical desk sets sometime during the 15-minute maintenance window.
During the 5-minute interruption when the platform equipment is replaced:
- inbound/outbound calls in progress will drop
- calls will succeed when redialed or re-attempted
- new calls will succeed both inbound and outbound.
