Harvard University’s Secure File Transfer Service, powered by Accellion Kiteworks, will be unavailable due to maintenance during the following dates and times:
- Thursday, April 22 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Eastern time.
HUIT has discovered that users who send messages using Kiteworks are no longer receiving notifications when their messages are downloaded by the recipient(s). During the maintenance window, the HUIT engineering team will work with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Impacts to users:
- The Accellion Kiteworks service will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
