Harvard University’s Secure File Transfer Service, powered by Accellion Kiteworks, will be unavailable due to maintenance during the following dates and times:
- Thursday, April 29 between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM Eastern time.
HUIT has discovered that users who send messages using Kiteworks are no longer receiving notifications when their messages are downloaded by the recipient(s). The attempt to resolve this issue during the scheduled maintenance window last Thursday was unsuccessful. In order to further troubleshoot the issue, our engineering team will work with the vendor during the new maintenance window to install a patch that will gather additional diagnostic information.
Impacts to users:
- The Accellion Kiteworks service will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
