[resolved] Networking issue affecting multiple services

Update 7/15 11:13am : The issue has been mitigated and our teams are monitoring systems.

A networking issue is currently affecting multiple Harvard Chan IT services. Our infrastructure team is working with H.U.I.T. teams to resolve the issue.

Affected services include:

  • Student VDI Software
  • EMS
  • Secure File Transfer used by Wasabi (Harvard University File Transfer is not affected)
  • Mailman /Listserv
  • FileMaker
  • iPrint
  • Pharos
  • CCure
  • Passage Point
  • Powerfaids
  • Bitlocker encryption
  • CBAR email
  • Grommit
