The Harvard Phone system will have maintenance done starting Friday, June 3rd at 5:00 PM and ending by Monday, June 6th at 8:00 AM.
All physical phones will re-register four (4) times during the weekend. Phones will not function for approximately 3 to 5 minutes while they fail over and re-register. In most instances, active calls will be preserved until the call has ended, and then the phone will perform the fail over and re-registration. Voicemail will not be impacted. Jabber users may need to re-login multiple times during the upgrade and may experience call drops during fail over.
