Update 1:01pm : This outage is now over and all services are accessible. A major global DNS outage is impacting several global businesses (UPS, Fedex, Online retailers, …) including some Harvard service providers. Currently impacted services: – Online Surveys supported by Qualtrics – Concur and Egencia Our teams are monitoring the situation.
