Pete Viccione is the Team Lead for the Academic Technology Team. He enjoys assisting teaching staff and students with the use of educational technology in the remote learning environment.
Pete is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a BS in Finance followed by an MBA.
Previous to joining the team, Pete worked for more than 12 years at Johnson & Wales. Most recently, he served as an instructional technologist for their College of Online Education where he helped faculty find creative and engaging ways to bring traditional courses to the online environment. Pete has found it particularly rewarding to help non-traditional students be successful.
Interesting fact: Pete studied baking and pastry professionally, and enjoys baking for family and friends (and coworkers). His chocolate cake recipe is usually a big hit.
