Project Summary: This pilot has a number of key innovations, in that we will: (1) develop novel community-engaged adaptive costing methods that will guide maximally accurate data collection while being sensitive to sites’ data collection resources and needs; (2) develop novel costing methods that are appropriate for adaptive implementation approaches where specific adaptations may be unique; (3) adapt cost-effectiveness methods to guide not only the efficient achievement of health care and health outcomes, but also health equity. The methods will be developed with the Implementation of Paired Promotion of Colorectal Cancer Prevention and Social Needs Screening pilot study.
