Dr. Dhana research interests are focused in the interplay between environment, genetics and identification of metabolomics-related “fingerprints” in obesity. During his PhD studies, Dr. Dhana investigated the role of obesity and physical activity in cardio-metabolic disorders in older adults within the framework of Rotterdam Study, in the Netherlands. He has a special interest in developing and applying new methodological approaches to epidemiological research.
