February 22, 2024 – An aerial pole performance, an Indian dance, and a Brazilian band were among the acts featured at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s annual International Night (i-Night).
Held February 16 in Harvard’s Smith Campus Center, i-Night featured a range of performances that showcased the talents, cultures, and diversity of the Harvard Chan student community. The event was co-hosted by the Harvard Chan Student Association (HCSA) and the Office for Student Affairs.

Performers came from Harvard Chan School as well as several other Harvard schools. They included:
- Hailey Brace, aerial pole dance
- Nadia Zhao, song
- Sergio Nazaire, piano pieces
- Disha Ganjegunte, spoken word poem
- Yunge Xiao, original song with guitar
- Sarah Wang, Helen Wang, and Allen Wang, piano, viola, and ikebana
- Khushi Desai, Indian dance
- João Pedro Frazão, Rebeca Fontoura, João Henrique Santos, and Luísa Shida, Brazilian band
- Ahmed Al-Azzam and David Caldera, Arabic singing with guitar
- Spencer Robinson, urban dance
- Roman Yan and Tony Chen, Czardas: an erhu-piano duet
- Marcella Samuel, Uhitha Doddapanemi, Disha Ganjegunte, Shruti Gogia, and Namanjaya Khobragade, Bollywood dance
Gabriela Rosa, HSCA president, who helped host the evening, called i-Night “a tradition that unites us in celebration and connection through unique artistic expression.” She added, “I am so proud of who we are together.”
