June 12, 2012 — Every spring, Harvard School of Public Health employees are asked to complete performance reviews. Departments and offices that achieved a 100% completion rate were recognized with a carnival-themed party in the Kresge cafeteria on June 7, 2012.
“The importance of the performance management process and the goal of the 100% Club Celebration is to acknowledge the great work our employees do throughout the year and recognize them for it,” said Linda Picard, senior director of human resources.
