Samuel Myers will discuss planetary health in reddit ‘AMA’

How will climate change affect our health? Samuel Myers, a senior research scientist in the Department of Environmental Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health will discuss that issue during a reddit “AMA” (Ask Me Anything) on Friday, October 30, beginning at 1:00 PM ET. Myers leads a team of researchers in the growing field of planetary health, which focuses on understanding the many ways that human transformation of all of Earth’s natural systems—the climate, oceans, land use, freshwater systems, and other ecosystems—impacts human health.
