Tips for overcoming sugar cravings

Excess sugar consumption can contribute to obesity and diabetes—yet overcoming sugar cravings can be challenging.

“The first thing people notice when they limit added sugar is that their cravings are reduced,” said David Ludwig, professor in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
