Nutrition news: How much milk should you drink? The answer is unclear

Walter Willett, chair of the HSPH Department of Nutrition, suggests that drinking one to two cups of milk a day can be safe and nutritious. But he adds that the benefits of drinking more are unclear. He is quoted in the Los Angeles Times (July 12, 2010).
