Field of Study Waiver and Substitution Requests
Students who would like to request a waiver or substitution for a field of study requirement must email their request to the field of study leader, Bonnie Blanchfield. If approved, documentation must be forwarded via email to mph@hsph.harvard.edu and Jen Moltoni for degree auditing purposes.
