Learning Designer

Tope joined the Office of Educational Programs at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2022. As a learning designer, she collaborates with a wider team across the school, offering learning design consultation as well as project managing the development and facilitation of educational experiences that empower learners to tackle the public health challenges of the 21st century.

Tope enjoys working at the intersection of design, emerging technology, learning sciences research, and neuroscience. This drives her curiosity for creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences for diverse learners. Her publication includes “Design Considerations for Improving Learner Engagement in Blended Online Learning: Shifting the Focus from What to How.” In Proceedings of EdMedia + Innovate Learning (AACE).

In her free time, she explores activities that help her find balance.
