Fall 2016

Wednesday, July 13th
Fall bill notification sent. Please check your bill and make sure your financial aid is reflecting as you expected it to. Contact our office with any questions.

Wednesday, August 10th
Fall bill due.

Thursday, August 11th
Financial Holds for Fall semester are placed. Students must be financially cleared to register.

DEADLINE: Friday, August 19th
Last day to submit a Credit Balance Refund Form for refunds processed August 29th. Forms submitted after this date will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.

Monday, August 22nd
Students arrive on campus for check-in.

Monday, August 29th
Fall 1 begins. Refunds processed for students who have submitted a Credit Balance Refund Form and have a credit balance on their account. Returning students must resubmit the form each year.

Monday, August 29th
Student loan disbursement begins for Fall semester. Federal loans can be returned within 120 days of disbursement date.

DEADLINE: Friday, September 2nd
Students who registered with loans pending must have all documents submitted and all loan notes signed or anticipated aid will be reversed and bill must be paid.

Late September
Student enrollment data (full-time, half-time, less than half-time, graduated, etc.) is transmitted to National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) at regular intervals starting on this date in the fall semester which may impact loan deferment and/or repayment on federal loans. Visit http://www.nslds.ed.gov/ for the status on your federal loans.

Saturday, October 1st
2017-2018 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) available for U.S. Citizens and Eligible Non-Citizens.

Saturday, October 1st
Term bill due for students graduating in November.

Tuesday, January 3rd
Student loan disbursement begins for spring semester

Credit Balance Refunds begin for students with credit balances on their Student Account. Credit Balance Refund Form submission is required.

Friday, February 10th
Priority filing date for 2017-2018 financial aid applications for new students.

Mid February
