Requirement C: Self-Assessment

Self-Assessment Workshop (12 hours over several weeks): Evaluate your personal leadership style through structured inventories, small/large group discussions, and self-reflection to create your own personalized leadership action plan. This will be included in the curriculum for MPH GH, SM2 HPM, and MPH CMP—Management track students. For those students not in the above degree programs we will offer access to the self-assessment curriculum to provide fulfillment of this requirement .

Self-Assessment includes:

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
  • Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument (TKI)
  • 360-Degree Feedback Instrument from Discovery Learning
  • Personal Compass

If you have completed any of these instruments you may submit a petition to waive a portion of this requirement. All petitioned forms must be approved by CPHL prior to completion of the PHL Concentration.
