Population Research Exchange

This new series delivers timely information on population science research and resources in a variety of formats. Each week will feature a different topic/theme by way of a seminar, work-in-progress, mini methods workshop, resource information session, etc. Affiliated faculty members, students, and researchers will share their current and future work, and some weeks we’ll welcome guests who can present on important resources available to Harvard scholars. In a true “exchange” format, we expect lively dialogue and interchange among attendees.

Location: All Exchange sessions will occur on Wednesdays from 3:00–4:00 PM at our 9 Bow Street, Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA location along with an online component via Zoom.

Audience: Most seminars will be open to the general academic community in a hybrid format (pre-registration is required for both in-person attendance and remote attendance via Zoom), while some sessions such as practice job talks and mini-methods workshops will be restricted to affiliates of the Harvard Pop Center.

Please see descriptions below; target audience information will pop up if you hover over each button, and for more details and registration information about a particular seminar, just click on the button. Please contact Laura Price at lprice@hsph.harvard.edu if you have any questions.
