Overview

I'm a statistician passionate to solve real world applications with statistical models. Currently, I'm working on improving the accuracy of cancer detection at an early stage using cell-free DNA (cfDNA) sequencing data. My methodological research has been focusing on nonparametric Bayesian functional analyses, including functional variable selection and functional clustering. In particular, I work with Dirichlet process mixture models. My other research areas include high dimensional data analyses, statistical genetics and efficient Bayesian approaches.
