Kwabena is an MPH candidate in the department of Global Health. His interests are in Adolescent Health, particularly Sexual and Reproductive Health. Through personal lived experiences, Kwabena realized the need for an effective and safe model for delivering Sexual Health Education to Ghanaian children. He has worked with prior organizations in advancing this cause, and hopes to scale his work to a much larger platform through ‘Books for Him & Her’.
Kwabena’s project focuses on using a community-led approach to provide Sexual and Reproductive Health Education to Ghanaian children in a safe environment, to promote healthy relationships and uptake of safe sex practices among the youth.
