  • Will the spring2 enrollment deadline change?
    • No, all enrollment deadlines and policies remain the same
  • What about my cross-registration?
    • If you are an HSPH student, please confirm the enrollment policy with your host school’s Registrar’s Office
    • If you are cross-registering into HSPH, please note that all spring and spring2 course will be conducted on-line
  • What if I am a non-degree student
    • If you are taking a spring course, the remainder of the course will be taught on-line
    • If you have applied to take a spring2 course, you will be notified of your enrollment status after the add/drop deadline
  • Will Summer 2020 courses be taught in-person or on-line?
    • All Summer 2020 courses will be taught on-line.
  • How do I submit a form to the Registrar’s Office?
    • All forms may be electronically submitted via email to registrar@hsph.harvard.edu. Please be sure to cc your academic advisor and academic or program administrator
  • How can I defend my dissertation or thesis
    • Defenses must be done virtually, using Zoom
    • Links to the Zoom meeting must be sent to Michelle Pessinis to be published on the Events Calendar.

  • What about commencement?
    • Due to the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, on March 20, 2020, the University announced it would be necessary to postpone the in-person May 27 Convocation ceremony and May 28 Commencement exercises.  Please click here to see President Bacow’s message regarding Harvard’s 369th Commencement Exercises, and please click here to see Dean Williams’ message regarding Harvard T.H. Chan’s Convocation ceremony. More details will be shared here over the next few weeks as they become available.
