Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)

TAP (Degree & Non-Degree)

The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) is a benefit offered to eligible Harvard employees. The benefit is offered through Harvard, but the Registrar’s Office is responsible for verifying the enrollment details for TAP students. HSPH students who are eligible to use TAP will need to submit the Harvard Tuition Assistance Program Application (TAP form) to the Benefits Office/Benefit Strategies when they enroll in courses, but an electronic copy of the paperwork will also need to be submitted via my.harvard.

The deadline for submitting the TAP form is by the add/drop deadline for the Registrar’s Office. Students who are taking non-work-related courses must reach out to the Benefit’s Office (different deadline). After each add/drop deadline, the HSPH Registrar’s Office will confirm TAP student enrollment for the Benefits Office.

Instructions for students who want to use TAP benefits at HSPH can be found in the TAP booklet that is distributed by HR. The link to the TAP booklet is available on the HR/Benefits Office site. Here is a link to the most recent TAP booklet: https://hr.harvard.edu/tuition-assistance.
