Dissemination and Implementation Science

Shoba Ramanadhan joined the SBS Department in July 2019 as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Ramanadhan is an implementation science scholar whose areas of expertise include, capacity-building interventions for staff of community-based organizations, the role of staff social networks to promote the use of research evidence in community settings, and participatory approaches to implementation science to increase the impact of community-based organizations and increase the flow of practice-based evidence into the academic literature.
