Bassett, Nancy Krieger, and others bring to attention the inadequate and inconsistent data collection of the COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S. and call on The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to mandate a uniform digital form for all COVID-19 testing and surveillance.
