Cindy (she/her/hers) is a MPH candidate in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research interests include: 1) destigmatization and prevention of mental illnesses among Asian immigrants; 2) social epidemiology of complex and intergenerational trauma among LGBTQ+ Asian Americans who have immigrant parents; and 3) barriers to equitable mental health services, particularly for LGBTQ+ adolescents living in developing nations of Asia. Cindy received her BA (Public Health Policy and Management) from the University of California, Irvine.
