Dana Pardee

Dana Pardee MBADirector of Epidemiology Projects, The Fenway Institute, Boston, MA

Dana Pardee received his BS degree in Community Health Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno and is currently pursuing an MBA in Health Sector Management at Boston University. He is currently the Director of Epidemiology Projects at The Fenway Institute at Fenway Health in Boston, MA. In this role, he oversees the development, implementation, and operations of multiple transgender health studies under the direction of Dr. Sari Reisner. His areas of focus are preventive sexual health screening, and development and implementation of HIV prevention interventions with transgender individuals. Dana is also a consulting trainer for the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center at Fenway Health.

Dana is an out-and-proud queer trans man who has been working on behalf of the transgender community for many years, both in Boston and in his home state of Nevada, where he helped conduct the first ever needs assessment of the transgender community in Nevada. Dana is passionate about promoting transgender health education, awareness, access, and compassion within the healthcare industry and beyond.
