Mabel Toribio (she/her/ella) is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and clinical investigator and Adult Endocrinologist within the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH Metabolism), where she serves as the Director of Transgender Health Research. Her research interests include gender-affirming hormone therapy, the HIV screening/prevention/care continuum, and cardiometabolic disease among gender minority populations. She also provides gender-affirming care within the MGH Transgender Health Program. Mabel completed her internal medicine residency training at the University of California, San Francisco, and Endocrinology fellowship training at MGH.
