Deadline for nominations: 5 pm Friday, April 23, 2021

Any student graduating in Nov. 2020, March 2021, or May 2021 is eligible. Students may be nominated by faculty members, staff, or other students. Self-nominations not accepted. Nominations should include: 1. a brief statement of why you are nominating the student and how the student has demonstrated a commitment to promoting the health of vulnerable people, 2. an electronic copy of the student’s resume, and 3. any other information you think would be helpful to the committee.
