Help us learn about very important issues in our community.

The Life+Health Study is a study that is examining how life experiences affect our health.

Researchers at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health are partnering with the Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, Mattapan Community Health Center, Fenway Health, and the Center for Community Health Education Research and Service, Inc. (CCHERS) to conduct this study.

Participants in the study are asked to share their thoughts and feelings about their lives, health, and health habits. After completing a 2-part 60-minute survey, you will receive your choice of a $40 Amazon, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Star Market, or America’s Food Basket gift card to thank you for your time. You can take the study from home on your own computer or we can schedule a time for you to take the surveys on a computer at one of our partner health centers.

Participants need to be patients at one of our partner health centers, between the ages of 25-64, and born in the United States.

We hope you will consider being a part of this important project!
