- Dr. Elise Stevens is a Post Doctoral Fellow, Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Dr Steven’s research focuses on the cognitive, affective, and behavioral responses to health messages, particularly about tobacco. Currently, Elise has a K99/R00 examining how e-cigarette advertising features are contributing to the sharp rise in the use of e-cigarettes among young adults, and if advertising restrictions reduce the use of e-cigarettes among that population.
Dr Stevens received her doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016. Before coming to Viswanath Lab, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
