Ethiopian Public Health Institute (EPHI) improves health through research, information utilization and technology transfer, effective public health emergency management, laboratory systems, and training public health researchers and practitioners. It is the technical arm of the FMoH.
St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College trains health care professionals, provides tertiary hospital care, and conducts research to meet the demands of the country. It is directly under the Federal Ministry of Health of Ethiopia (FMoH).
Additional collaborators include the World Health Organization (WHO), Addis Ababa University (AAU), the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD), and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), as well as researchers and practitioners at different universities and research institutions around the world. Together with our partners and collaborators we are working towards our goals of capacity building, addressing priority MCH research questions, and translating evidence to policy.
