Damen Haile Mariam is Professor of Public Health and Health Economics at the School of Public Health, Addis Ababa University, and is also registered as a Consultant Community Health Specialist with the Federal Ministry of Health of Ethiopia. In addition, he is fellow of Ethiopian Academy of Sciences (EAS).
